Testimonial for Cartography of the Soul

Thoughts from Mandy Blake

I took Winky’s “Mapping our Inner Journeys” class and absolutely loved it. It inspired a sense of creative freedom and ease that would not have been present if I had been just drawing or only dancing. The combination of the two made for a very powerful experience of open, flowing creativity.

Also, the process made some of my most personal life learnings visible on the page in a way that had deep meaning for me. It was very illuminating, not to mention loads of fun! Six months later, I still have my drawings up in my house, and they still bring me great joy.

Winky is a skilled teacher and facilitator. Everyone should have the privilege of learning from her!

“Mapping” took me deep into myself and also allowed my energetic body to open, to expand, to take on new attributes and possibilities. Somehow, Winky facilitated an environment in which my usual self-critical voices were suspended, so that I not only enjoyed the process of doing the drawing and movement, but I also liked what I created!
